Theresa Krant is Operations Director at G&B Law. In addition to supervising the firm’s administrative staff and overall operations, Ms. Krant has more than 20 years of paralegal experience. With particular emphasis in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency, intellectual property, healthcare and administrative law, Ms. Krant’s extensive paralegal background includes working directly with attorneys and clients, drafting legal pleadings and correspondence, analyzing records, assisting in litigation, and conducting research.

Ms. Krant has extensive experience working with attorneys and clients in Chapter 7 and 11 cases on behalf of debtors, creditors, and creditor committees; and handling bankruptcy petitions and pleadings, as well as compliance issues with the Office of the U.S. Trustee.
