Prior to joining Greenberg & Bass, Mr. Seigel was Senior Counsel to Buchalter Nemer’s Los Angeles office, where he served as chair of the firm’s Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group and as a member of the Apparel Industries Practice Group. At Greenberg & Bass, Mr. Seigel will continue his practice representing businesses and stakeholders within the textile and apparel industry. He currently represents his apparel industry clients in both transactional and litigation matters involving corporate, labor, transportation, construction, and real estate issues. Mr. Seigel also has represented significant parties in numerous business bankruptcy cases of local and national prominence, serving as counsel to secured and unsecured creditors, creditors committees, liquidating trustees, property owners and landlords, equity groups, secured lenders, and public retirement systems.
Marty Rudoy will continue his practice of representing individuals and businesses in a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters. He will focus on international business transactions, real estate and litigation. On the transactional side, Mr. Rudoy will counsel foreign investors and business owners concerning their US-based acquisitions, investments and properties. His litigation practice will include contract, partnership and corporate disputes. A skilled mediator, Marty relies on a lifetime of experience to solve difficult problems in a creative way. He is licensed to practice law in California and New York.
