Thirty years ago, a pair of young and ambitious attorneys decided to mount a challenge to the well-established, prestigious insolvency firms in Los Angeles. With the introduction of Greenberg & Bass to the San Fernando Valley community in 1984, Arthur Greenberg and Robert Bass launched a small bankruptcy boutique firm that continues to thrive three decades later.
The firm seamlessly moved into its second generation of ownership and leadership five years ago, and continues to enjoy a significant reputation in the San Fernando Valley and beyond as a leading bankruptcy, litigation and business firm.
To mark the firm’s 30th anniversary, the firm has updated its logo, corporate communications system, advertising, and website. The new look is bold and engaging. The new tag line, “Law. Business. People.” is a reflection of the firm’s strengths, priorities, experience and reputation, according to Managing Partner, Jim Felton.
The firm attributes its long-term success to solid management, practice diversification, and retention of top legal talent. Partners Jim Felton and David Adelman are committed to retaining the firm’s legendary workplace style and client service. “We are stewards of an incredible legacy established by Arthur and Bob thirty years ago,” states Jim Felton. “The firm’s new logo and website reflect the strength of their legacy and the firm’s continued regard for exceptional leadership in law and business.”
